Leading a team of analysts, you will establish cost allocation principles, maintain cost center structures, and collaborate with hospital leaders to drive productivity metrics and reporting for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring, coaching and staff development; manage day-to-day operations of cost accounting
• Define cost allocation methods and cost center hierarchies across network entities
• Generate actionable patient care cost information for fiscal years and annual updates
• Produce reports using SAS, Excel, Tableau to inform leadership and decision-making
• Mentor analysts and foster growth aligned with organizational goals
• Collaborate with hospital leaders to develop cost and productivity metrics
• Support payor negotiations and capital project prioritization
• Ensure data credibility and compliance with internal standards and audits
