EY-Parthenon in New York leads financial diligence for Fortune 500 clients and private equity deals within the Financial Services sector. As a Director, you will manage buy-side and sell-side diligence, work with senior executives, and drive rigorous analysis across multiple large-scale transactions.

You will partner with Partners and senior Directors, shape diligence scopes, and guide teams through complex data reviews, forecasting, and reporting while leveraging EY's global delivery and AI

Qualificações

• Significant experience delivering financial due diligence for deals in financial services or PE clients.
• Experience leading and guiding project teams to ensure high-quality analyses and timely delivery.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate large datasets into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing reports and presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Identify key trends behind deal performance and value drivers.
• Discuss performance and forecast assumptions with senior client management.
• Prepare reports outlining findings, risks, and recommendations in a transaction context.
• Coach and mentor junior staff and associates to build capability on diligence engagements.
• Leverage AI tools and global delivery capabilities to improve service delivery.
