EY-Parthenon seeks a Director for Deals – Financial Diligence in Financial Services. You will work with leading financial institutions and private equity to analyze historical data, identify value drivers, and guide risk assessment throughout the diligence lifecycle.

You’ll advise on purchase price and post-closing matters while coaching teams across buy-side and sell-side engagements. You will collaborate with senior executives, leverage AI tools, and contribute to a hybrid delivery model that

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance with 5 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree with approximately 4 years of experience.
• Experience leading and managing others, ensuring analysis and reports are of the highest quality and delivered timely.
• Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate large, complex datasets into meaningful insights.
• Ability to prioritize effectively on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and proven experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
