VictoriaMetrics is seeking a Director of Finance to join its leadership team. You will own Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and Cash Management, advising the business and building a scalable financial foundation for global growth.

This role requires 7+ years in finance leadership, deep US GAAP knowledge, and a data-driven approach. You will partner with product, engineering, and sales, operating in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in finance leadership, preferably in B2B SaaS/open-source/high-growth tech.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting systems.
• Data-driven FP&A, cash forecasting, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and controls in collaboration with global teams.
• Ensure US GAAP-compliant financial reporting and audit readiness.
• Own FP&A forecasting, budgeting, and KPI tracking for leadership.
• Partner with executives on product growth and regional expansion.
• Manage cash flow and treasury functions globally.
• Oversee global tax filings and coordination with external firms.
