You will partner with leadership to set estimating expectations and establish a professional estimating framework. The ideal candidate has extensive defense contracting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record in multi-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree with substantial experience in defense contracting.
• Experience in proposals, estimating, and financial positions is required.
• Strong modeling, analysis, and attention to detail essential.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a Corporate Independent Cost Estimate Review calendar.
• Prepare Independent Cost Estimate outputs for proposal reviews.
• Advise on estimating initiatives and establish evaluation factors for bids.
• Coordinate with Program Excellence for joint reviews and assessments.
• Develop the Independent Review discipline within finance and build a review team.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
