L3Harris Corporate Headquarters seeks a Director of Finance to lead an Independent Review function, driving cost estimates and financial risk reviews for proposals. The role partners with leaders to improve estimating processes and review frameworks across the organization.

The ideal candidate has extensive defense contracting experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex reviews with minimal supervision. Travel up to 25% is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience.
• Minimum of 12 years experience in defense contracting environment, proposals, and financial positions.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain a Corporate Independent Cost Estimate Review calendar.
• Prepare Independent Cost Estimate outputs to drive decision making at proposal reviews.
• Advise on functional estimating initiatives and help establish estimating factors to evaluate bids.
• Coordinate joint Non-Advocate Reviews, Baseline Reviews, and Program Assessment Reviews with Program Excellence as required.
• Develop Independent Review discipline within finance to build and expand a review team.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
