The role partners with program managers to drive financial program execution, establish the program financial plan, and provide detailed cost/schedule analysis for critical programs. The candidate will develop budgets, EACs, and ETC/LRE data, ensuring adherence to corporate policies while guiding IPTs and leadership on financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 9+ years of related experience; graduate degree with 7+ years; or 13+ years in lieu of degree.
• Experience with EVM, financial planning, and cost/schedule integration is preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities in a multi-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of time-phased budgets and schedules, EV data reporting, and cost/schedule integration.
• Develop quarterly EACs and projections (ETC, EAC, LRE) for program health.
• Ensure adherence to AC-13 and PM-05 policies; implement corrective actions where gaps exist.
• Create and review time-phased budgets; define KPIs; report variances; investigate financial anomalies.
• Provide guidance to Program Managers and leaders on financial performance and expectations.
• Influence day-to-day financial execution across Programs, Proposals, Reviews; support baselining changes.
