Walmart seeks a Director of Supply Chain Finance for Perishables to steer the financial roadmap and expand the Labor Optimization (SCLO) platform into the GDC network. You will replace legacy planning with data-science-driven optimization to reduce cost-to-serve at Fortune 1 scale, influencing productivity of high-frequency perishables fulfillment.

You will lead workforce analytics, partner with engineering and finance, and recruit top finance talent while shaping long-term financial strategy

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 5 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 7 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience.
• 2 years’ experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.

Mansioni

• Lead Workforce Optimization for the GDC network, increasing labor forecasting accuracy and productivity.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to set long-term targets and resource needs for SCLO expansion into Perishables.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities with actionable insights.
