The candidate will oversee reconciliations, fixed assets, audits, and internal controls, directing cross-functional teams across Retail, Logistics Services, and 3PL accounting. Office-based with regular in-person collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Progressive leadership experience in accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, controls, and audit coordination.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements.
• Ability to communicate financial results, risks and opportunities to senior management.
• Experience leading cross‑functional work with Finance, Tax, IT, and operating teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Direct the accurate and timely preparation of consolidated financial statements in GAAP format.
• Plan, forecast, and analyze; coordinate annual operating plans for multiple divisions.
• Communicate financial results to management and support SEC filings.
• Monitor trends and summarize general and administrative expenses for management.
• Lead accounting for multiple business units; oversee AP/AR/payroll/taxes.
• Direct fixed asset activity, capital planning, and project accounting.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal taxes in coordination with Tax.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors and manage audit processes.
• Develop and maintain internal control systems for data reliability.
• Collaborate with IT and leadership to roll out financial systems controls.
