McLane Company, Inc is seeking a Senior Accountant in Carrollton, TX to handle financial reporting for divisions within an assigned region. The role requires GAAP and SOX compliance and strong analytical abilities.

The position reports to the office on a regular basis and candidates should live within a 50‑minute commute of Carrollton. Day‑1 benefits, plus 401(k) profit sharing and additional programs are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
• CPA or CPA-in-progress preferred.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Oracle E-Business Suite experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize, forecast and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Share responsibility for financial reporting of divisions in an assigned region.
• Prepare financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support departments in expense control and analysis.
• Maintain GAAP, SOX compliance, McLane policies and internal controls.
• Assist in preparing the annual budget.
• Other duties may be assigned.
