Metrics recruitment is looking for a Director Finance on behalf of a series A, VC backed (30M), iGaming company. Reporting into the Chief of Staff, you'll lead and work closely with the executive team to implement and maintain financial structures in a rapidly growing, driven business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day finance operations, including accounting, reporting, and compliance
• Oversee and optimize collaboration with the third-party accounting team
• Automate core financial processes, including revenue recognition, bonus structures, and
• Establish scalable processes for player deposits, withdrawals, and regulatory reporting
• Handle miscellaneous legal/operational finance needs (e.g. entity structuring, vendor
• contracts)
• Support the company’s shift to regulated U.S. market environments
• Build foundational systems to support future audits, expansions, and potential Series B

Qualifications:

• 6+ years in Accounting/Finance positions
• Senior Financial experience within an iGaming

Location: U.S Remote (with occasional travel to Las Vegas)
