About the Role

The client operates as a technology-driven insurance platform, innovating in the specialty insurance market. They provide a membership model connecting underwriters, risk capital providers, and policyholders, prioritizing transparency and data-driven solutions. As they prepare for an upcoming IPO, they are establishing a framework for analyzing earnings and developing KPIs for Business Unit Heads, the Executive Team, the Board, and external partners. The goal is to deliver insights at both business unit and HoldCo levels.

The VP of Finance seeks a Director of Finance to help develop this financial framework, focusing on operational/financial KPIs and SEC reporting. The role includes elements of succession planning, offering growth opportunities within the organization.
