Kforce's client in the Saint Louis, MO area seeks an experienced Director of Treasury & Risk Management to lead and grow its treasury function. Build processes, strengthen controls, influence strategy, and drive risk initiatives across an international organization.

The role requires treasury operations, FX risk management, liquidity planning, and cross-functional leadership with finance and executives. Hybrid work arrangement and strong compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in treasury, finance, accounting, or risk management.
• Experience leading global treasury operations, banking relationships, liquidity, and cash management activities.
• Experience leading teams and developing finance functions.
• Experience managing complex projects and cross-functional work.
• Knowledge of FX exposure management, hedging strategies, and treasury risk controls.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and treasury platforms.

Kforce's client, a growing global organization located in the Saint Louis, MO area is seeking an experienced Director of Treasury & Risk Management to lead and further develop its treasury function. This newly created leadership role offers the opportunity to build processes, enhance controls, influence financial strategy, and drive risk management initiatives across an international organization. Overview: The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in treasury operations, cash management, banking relationships, foreign exchange risk management, and global liquidity planning, along with the ability to partner effectively across finance and executive leadership teams. Position is hybrid, competitive compensation and benefits package offered.

• Lead global treasury operations, including cash management, forecasting, banking relationships, payments, and treasury systems
• Develop and enhance treasury policies, procedures, controls, and governance frameworks
• Manage domestic and international banking relationships and support global cash movement activities
• Oversee liquidity planning and forecasting to support growth initiatives, investments, and strategic transactions
• Design and manage foreign exchange risk mitigation strategies and hedging programs
• Partner with finance leadership to identify and reduce treasury-related risks
• Lead global insurance program administration and vendor relationships
• Support strategic financial planning through reporting, modeling, and analysis
• Collaborate cross-functionally with tax, accounting, and operational leaders to optimize cash management strategies
• Ensure compliance with required financial reporting and regulatory obligations
• Participate in building and scaling the treasury organization as the company continues to grow

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive experience in treasury, finance, accounting, or risk management
• Demonstrated experience managing global treasury operations, banking relationships, liquidity, and cash management activities
• Experience leading teams and developing finance functions
• Experience managing complex projects and working within cross-functional environments
• Knowledge of foreign exchange exposure management, hedging strategies, and treasury risk controls
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
• Proficiency with ERP systems, treasury platforms, financial reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
