Job summary

America At Work is seeking a Director, Finance Business Partner to support a large Technology Infrastructure organization in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and financial reporting for a major portfolio, and partner closely with senior Technology leadership.

The role requires hands-on FP&A, advanced Excel, and experience with Oracle or Hyperion. You will build financial models, develop business cases for major investments, drive TBM cost

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Oracle/Hyperion or similar systems.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a Director, Finance Business Partner to support a large, complex Technology Infrastructure organization in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a finance leader who combines strategic business partnership with hands-on FP&A expertise.

You'll work closely with senior Technology leaders to manage financial performance, evaluate major investments, improve forecasting, and provide insights that influence business decisions.

What You'll Do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial reporting for a large Technology portfolio.
• Serve as a trusted finance partner to senior Technology leadership.

• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analytical skills.

• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, or similar financial systems.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• People leadership experience.

Preferred: Apptio/TBM experience, Agile IT exposure, technology infrastructure finance experience, and/or a Master's degree.

$150,000 - $160,000 a year

Location

This position is located in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area and requires in-person attendance at the client's designated worksite in O'Fallon, MO.
