Confidential Healthcare Practice | Scottsdale / Phoenix Metro, AZ | Full-Time | Hybrid
About the Company
Our client is a growing, physician-led healthcare practice in the Scottsdale / Phoenix metro area. The organization has built a strong reputation in its market and provides a combination of medical and elective services through an established team of providers and support staff.
The practice is entering its next stage of growth and is continuing to invest in the infrastructure and leadership needed to support future expansion. The organization offers an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment with an emphasis on long-term hires and giving leaders meaningful ownership over their areas of responsibility.
The Opportunity
The organization is at an important stage in its growth and is looking to add dedicated financial leadership to support its next phase.
The Director of Finance will take ownership of the finance function end to end, including financial reporting, accounting, provider collections, budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, and long-term financial planning. This person will work closely with practice leadership to provide greater visibility into financial performance and help guide decisions around growth and expansion.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to own and build a finance function rather than simply support one. The Director of Finance will have direct access to senior leadership, meaningful decision-making responsibility, and the opportunity to grow into broader financial leadership as the organization expands.
