Job summary

Dynamic EcoHome seeks a Field & Material Operations Director to lead warehouse, materials, inventory, and field support across DFW and Houston. You will own the facilities, shape standards, build accountability, and scale processes to support growth.

You will collaborate with regional directors, procurement, and field teams to ensure timely material availability, accurate tracking, and safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse management, logistics, materials management, supply chain, or operations leadership.
• Experience managing multi-site operations is strongly preferred.
• Experience in solar, electrical, construction, HVAC, manufacturing, or related technical field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own department-wide operational standards across DFW and Houston.
• Oversee warehouse and material operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and readiness.
• Develop SOPs for receiving, inventory, transfers, and job-site deliveries.
• Monitor performance, resolve bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop Warehouse Leads and staff with clear roles and accountability.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Field Operations to align material planning with project schedules.
