Job summary

HDR's Federal Business Group seeks a Technology Director to lead the strategic vision and execution of technology solutions across multidisciplinary teams. You will drive innovation, security, and compliance for Federal programs, shaping roadmaps and partnering with Corporate Technology to ensure compliant platforms that support government delivery.

The role requires deep expertise in enterprise technology strategy, Federal cybersecurity frameworks, and advanced data analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading technology strategy in multidisciplinary engineering or professional services.
• Experience with Federal cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, RMF, FedRAMP, CUI).
• Ability to translate complex tech concepts for Federal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of emerging technologies for Federal programs and drive innovation and security.
• Develop and align HDR FBG technology roadmaps and strategy across groups.
• Collaborate with Corporate Technology to ensure compliant platforms and investments.
