Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Mashantucket, CT seeks a Director of Retail & Attractions to lead the retail, attractions, and entertainment teams in delivering joyful guest experiences. You will build capable leaders, train staff, and execute strategies and SOPs while drawing performance insights from KPI trends to drive action plans across the lodge.

The role requires an associate degree with 5+ years in Parks/Resorts/Gaming Retail operations management; a bachelor's is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Parks/Resorts/Gaming Retail operations management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of all retail areas including gift shops and attractions.
• Lead staff management including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, performance reviews.
• Develop and execute retail/attractions strategy aligned with corporate direction.
• Manage budgets and provide performance insights from KPIs and trends.
