Job summary

PACS Group in Lexington, KY, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to plan, organize, develop, and direct the Maintenance Department in compliance with applicable standards. Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience in maintenance or plant operations.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building codes.
• Must be licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, and labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the Maintenance Department's activities.
• Ensure safety programs and regulatory compliance in all maintenance work.
• Coordinate maintenance services with other departments and outside vendors.
• Review surveys and implement corrective action plans for deficiencies.
• Maintain records and supervise contractor work and MSDS labeling procedures.
