Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators and related mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

Aufgaben

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Maintenance Department and its activities.
• Coordinate maintenance services with other departments and external vendors.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and universal precautions policies are followed.
• Maintain written maintenance policies and procedures and budget records.
• Inspect and supervise maintenance work, equipment, and facilities for safety and reliability.
• Review surveys and implement corrective actions; report to Administrator as needed.
• Schedule regular rounds to verify tasks are performed and resources are available.
• Ensure compliance with MSDS labeling and hazardous chemical handling.
