Job summary

Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises the daily operations of support services departments (plant maintenance, grounds, motor pool, food, housekeeping, laundry).
• Hires, trains, and develops staff; conducts performance evaluations and staff development activities.
• Ensures compliance with agency policies, Joint Commission, CMS, TAC, and relevant regulations; maintains safety and quality standards.
• Oversees capital construction, maintenance projects, contracts, procurement, and emergency management.
