Compensation
- Salary exempt: $72,535 to $94,201 (dependent on experience)
Responsibilities
Facilities
- Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure safety and compliance
- Ensure facilities adhere to building codes, OSHA, ADA, and environmental regulations
- Review and negotiate lease agreements, oversee renovations and moves
- Manage capital improvements and maintain relationships with property owners and vendors
- Develop policies for building maintenance and preventative programs
- Supervise maintenance and custodial staff
- Maintain facility records and oversee proactive maintenance
- Coordinate internal and external communication for facilities requests
Safety & Security
- Develop and implement safety programs in line with OSHA and other regulations
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and organize safety training
- Lead safety committees and liaise with emergency services
- Manage security operations and collaborate with law enforcement
- Maintain site security plans and ensure compliance
- Oversee safety and security training and reporting
General
- Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, and contract performance
- Develop and oversee budgets and policies for facilities, security, and safety
- Supervise staff and conduct performance evaluations
- Participate in meetings and special projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in facilities or risk management
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of facilities systems and local regulations
- Strong communication and management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management systems
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Willingness to travel and work irregular hours
Physical & Environmental Demands
- Ability to communicate and listen effectively
- Stand, sit, walk, reach, and lift up to 30 pounds
- Work in various temperature and noise environments
