The University of Pennsylvania seeks a Director of Facilities Operations, Planning, & Projects to lead daily facilities services, master planning, and capital project oversight for ASC and campus buildings.

Reporting to the CFO/Executive Director of Facilities Operations, you will supervise operations, drive space planning and renovations, and serve as a key liaison across university departments; must be on call 24/7.

Responsabilités

• Supervise operations, maintenance, and safety for facilities and surrounding grounds to ensure a well-maintained physical plant and optimum service delivery to the school community.
• Coordinates with University operations departments to ensure proper and safe building functions, including, but not limited to, routine maintenance and repairs to HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems, other utilities, elevators, security and safety systems, and building signage.
