Responsibilities

• Coordinate with FRES, DPS, EHRS, and other departments for safe building operations and services.
• Oversee master planning, space planning, renovations, and coordination with architects/engineers.
• Manage capital project formation, budgets, and feasibility analyses.
• Oversee distribution of swing spaces and relocation during construction.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality, budget, and timelines.
