Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is seeking a Director of Facilities to oversee construction, maintenance, and grounds. You will set strategic goals and action plans to ensure smooth operations across all areas of the facility.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience, a related Bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong English communication skills. The position is full-time and on-site, with benefits and the potential for a discretionary annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in a related field.
• Experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and water systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction, facility maintenance, and grounds keeping.
• Set goals, objectives, and action plans for operations in assigned areas.
• Administer maintenance contracts and lead new construction projects.
