Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a Supervisor, Facilities to oversee daily operations of maintenance team and trades, ensuring timely completion of corrective, emergency, and preventive projects while delivering guest-satisfying service. Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.

You will supervise engineers, inspect sites on-site and off-site, prepare technical reports, and maintain knowledge of safety, health, and environmental codes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school certificate preferred.
• 1–3 years in commercial/industrial facilities maintenance required or preferred.
• 1–3 years in casino environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of maintenance team and assign tasks.
• Conduct on-site inspections and prepare technical reports.
• Maintain knowledge of safety, health, and environmental codes.
• Coordinate maintenance projects to minimize guest disruption.
• Train team members and enforce casino policies.
