Lead a maintenance team, plan preventive maintenance, manage budget, coordinate external contractors, and keep accurate records while maintaining code compliance.

This role requires 3–5 years supervisory maintenance experience, strong plumbing/electrical/HVAC knowledge, and proficiency with maintenance software;

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and compliance.
• Proficient with maintenance management software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform routine maintenance across facilities, utilities, and grounds.
• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program.
• Manage annual maintenance budget and procurement.
• Inspect facilities for safety, code compliance, and repairs.
• Coordinate emergency response and on-call duty.
• Oversee exterior upkeep including landscaping and parking.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Maintain records of work orders, repairs, and expenditures.
• Supervise maintenance staff including hiring and training.
