Job summary

Moorings Park in Naples, FL, seeks a Director of Facilities to lead maintenance, security, life safety, and environmental services across our campuses. You will oversee operations to enable Moorings Park to fulfill its mission and support residents and partners.

You will manage budgets, drive capital projects, develop preventive maintenance programs, coach staff, and collaborate with residents and partners to ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• During emergencies or natural disasters, may be required to remain on duty.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or a minimum of five years of relevant experience
• Experience in facilities operation and/or management environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, environmental services, security, and life safety.
• Lead budgeting and financial accountability for facilities.
• Plan and manage capital improvement projects.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with construction project teams to minimize disruption.
