Moorings Park is seeking an Associate Executive Director to join our leadership team in Naples, FL. This role oversees campus life, resident services, and wellness programs, collaborating with Assisted Living Administration and Chateau for transitioning residents.

The position requires strong English communication, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and at least four years in senior management within hospitality, services, or resident care.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with relevant hospitality or senior management experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in leadership roles in operations, sales/marketing or resident services.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus life, resident services and wellness integration across independent living.
• Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with Moorings Park’s brand and service standards.
• Oversight of dining operations and coordination with contracted providers to ensure high satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to support a premier hospitality and retirement living experience.
