Moorings Park is seeking a dedicated and talented Director of Facilities to join our team. The Director of Facilities is responsible for supporting, operating, and reliably maintaining a physical environment that enables Moorings Park to fulfill its mission of enhancing the quality of life and well-being of those it serves.

The role oversees campus facilities services including maintenance, environmental services, security, transportation, life safety, and grounds maintenance, focusing on staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
• Experience in facilities operation/management.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee campus facilities services including maintenance, environmental services, security, transportation, life safety and grounds maintenance.
• Coach staff, develop processes, and manage budgets and KPIs for Facilities Department.
• Coordinate with construction teams on capital projects to minimize disruption and ensure safe operations.
