Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 4+ years experience as an assistant director, director, or senior manager in hospitality/retirement living.

Responsibilities

• Oversee community operations including Campus Life and Resident Services.
• Lead dining operations and manage contracts with external providers.
• Develop resident programs, welcoming/orientation initiatives, and staff training.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talent to support Moorings Park aims.
