Job summary

Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley is seeking a senior operations leader to guide system‑wide Facilities and Engineering Management strategy, planning, development and management of operations and budgets. Lead capital equipment purchases, space planning and construction oversight while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety standards.

The role requires a BA/BS in business or healthcare, an MBA/MPH preferred, and 5–7 years of progressive operational experience with CHFM preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to effectively collaborate and facilitate cross‑organization initiatives.
• Experience in budgeting, financial stewardship and resource optimization.
• Familiarity with federal and state regulations and quality/patient safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and administrative support to system-wide Facilities and Engineering Management strategy and operations.
• Oversee financial stewardship, annual/quarterly objectives and budget development.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, DHS, NFPA, OSHA and EPA regulations and quality metrics.
