Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Bachelor’s Degree in facilities management, healthcare administration, or related field Preferred
• 3+ to 5 years of progressive healthcare environmental services experience

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of environmental services team to achieve excellence
• Interpret and enforce environmental policies aligned with goals and regulations
• Adhere to local, state, and federal environmental regulations, including infection control
• Oversee department budget, expenses, and resources
• Hire, train, and evaluate EVS staff to meet standards
• Participate in facility inspections with EVS leadership and stakeholders
• Collaborate with hospital departments to maintain a safe environment
• Monitor KPIs to identify improvements and drive results
• Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and linens
