Job summary

St. Anne’s Family Services is seeking an Assistant Director, Family Based Services to support wraparound mental health programming in Los Angeles, CA. The role focuses on supervision, program operations, and cross-team collaboration within a trauma-informed framework.

You will supervise therapists and family specialists, participate in staffing processes, and ensure high-quality, coordinated care for families with complex needs. A master’s degree and CA BBS licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Active registration or licensure with California BBS is required.
• Minimum of three years' experience in an intensive mental health program is required.
• Valid California Driver’s License and acceptable driving record are required.
• Ability to perform Pro-ACT, CPR, and operate agency vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct administrative supervision to Therapists, Child & Family Specialists, Facilitators and Parent Partners.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training of staff.
• Create and facilitate staff development activities.
• Collaborate with other FBS and St. Anne’s Programs for appropriate services.
• Coordinate care through weekly supervision and case consultations.
• Maintain after-hours crisis support via on-call cell phone.
• Review paperwork for quality assurance, mandates and continuity of care.

The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.About the Program: Wraparound Approach Services: The Wraparound program is an intensive, team approach to community based services, engaging individuals with complex needs, aimed to support the client in remaining in the least restrictive living environment, restore adaptive functioning in the home, and strengthen the use of coping strategies and support system. This program targets families with DCFS involvement and/or youth on formal probation.Role Summary: As our Assistant Director you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Director in the implementation and evaluation of our wraparound mental health program. Including but not limited to: Partnership for Families, Wraparound Approach Services, Early Head Start and Workforce Development. Promotes and supports St. Anne’s Mission Statement and Program goals and objectives.Monday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM; Friday: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM; Alternating Fridays: Day off built into the schedule!Salary; ExemptLocation: 155 N.
