Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in the field of Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related technical discipline.
• Strong leadership and project-management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, asset management, lifecycle planning, and facilities-condition assessment.
• Knowledge of ADA standards, building codes, and safety/compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with automated work orders, spreadsheets, and report generation.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, develop, and evaluate facilities staff and contractors.
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and systems.
• Develop, administer, and monitor departmental budgets; manage inventory and capex requests.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and renewal programs for facilities and utilities.
• Ensure custodial operations meet safety and cleanliness standards.
