Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Director of F&B and Culinary Operations to oversee all culinary activities across food & beverage outlets, banquets, and in-room dining. You will lead diverse teams, ensure excellent guest service, and shape the department's strategic initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and operational excellence, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and maintaining Hyatt standards across units.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to interact with diverse backgrounds and teams.
• 6+ years of progressive hotel Food & Beverage and Culinary experience (typically with Hyatt).
• Senior leadership experience in F&B and culinary environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct Culinary operations, Banquets, Restaurants, In-Room Dining, Lounges, and related areas.
• Develop and manage budgets, marketing plans, and objectives within approved plans.
• Participate in hotel executive committee activities and partner with Corporate leadership.
• Implement F&B sales/marketing programs and drive guest satisfaction.
• Coach, train, and evaluate staff; manage payroll, forecasts, and inventory.
