Qualifications

• Master’s degree (in any field) or Bachelor’s degree (in any field) with eight years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with faculty, staff, students, and campus partners.
• Experience promoting inclusive access to learning opportunities for diverse student populations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and group facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with academic and administrative partners to design and implement experiential learning programs.
• Oversee pathways among introductory and advanced experiential learning experiences (e.g., URSA Engage, internships).
• Convene cross-functional groups to support experiential learning and equity in access.
• Administer university-wide programs (URSA Engage, Learn by Doing) and assess student engagement and outcomes.
• Develop campus events highlighting undergraduate research and other experiential learning modes.
• Coordinate outreach to faculty, staff, advisors, and partners to expand opportunities for students.
