Kellogg Executive Education, part of Northwestern University, is seeking a seasoned scheduling leader to manage executive education program calendars and resources across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats. The role collaborates with business development, marketing, and operations to ensure timely, efficient program delivery.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, and governance of scheduling data, with a focus on maximizing facility utilization and faculty

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 years of program/project administration or related experience.
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet, Cvent, Canvas, Salesforce, and Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of scheduling strategy for executive education programs.
  • Coordinate between BD, Program Development, Marketing and Operations for delivery excellence.
  • Oversee day-to-day scheduling across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
  • Maintain comprehensive multi-year calendars and responsive scheduling data systems.
  • Prepare reports on utilization, faculty workload, and classroom capacity.
  • Collaborate with faculty, program directors and operations teams to ensure alignment of schedules and resources.
  • Support contingency planning and process improvements for scheduling activities.
