Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• 4+ years of admissions experience and/or similar experience in marketing/recruitment or a similar field.
• Competent with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a thought leader to matriculate high quality candidates and oversee recruitment, evaluation and yield activities.
• Market Kellogg and embody the brand as an ambassador at admissions events with prospective students.
• Attend and lead local and domestic admissions events, in person and virtual.
• Engage with stakeholders across Marketing, Outreach, and Academic and Student Experience to support program objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, offering personalized guidance throughout the application process.
• Collaborate with Career Management Center and other Kellogg functions to improve matriculation of target populations.
• Create, run and analyze reports; design surveys; report findings and trends to identify improvements.
• Maintain accurate candidate data across systems and assist with administrative duties as assigned.
