The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, is seeking an Outreach Manager to drive EMBA enrolment through high-impact events and targeted communications. You will lead a portfolio of recruiting and yield events, both virtual and on-campus, coordinating with admissions leadership, alumni, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years managing events, admissions, marketing, or stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute EMBA recruiting and yield events, including sessions and webinars.
• Oversee venue selection, contracts, vendors, logistics, and follow-up.
• Develop event strategies aligned with enrollment objectives and audience goals.
• Manage event budgets and cost-conscious decisions.
• Prepare event briefs and ROI analyses; produce reports.
• Travel to the Miami campus about four times yearly to support events.
