Job summary

Hyperfuel seeks a Head of Site Management to oversee operations, support, and maintenance of Level 4 DC Fast Charging stations across multiple locations. You will lead internal technicians, manage inventory, and drive remote monitoring and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8–10 years in operations management, preferably with distributed systems in EV charging, energy, or related sectors.
• Strong DC Fast Charging tech knowledge and related equipment.
• Proven experience in managing teams, developing technician programs, and overseeing multi-site operations.
• Experience with preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs is a plus.
• Experience in fleet management with service vans (Rivian or similar).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Level 4 DC Fast Charging sites, ensuring uptime and efficiency.
• Implement preventative maintenance schedules and emergency repair protocols.
• Lead and manage internal technicians for routine and emergency repairs at locations.
• Ensure technical support and customer service teams provide high-quality support for station users.
• Monitor charging station performance and respond to issues and feedback.
• Maintain remote monitoring systems to track performance in real-time.
• Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment needed for stations.
• Coordinate with procurement to source key parts and components.
• Develop and implement technician program, training, and certification requirements.
• Manage fleet logistics and dispatch teams across locations.
• Provide regular KPI updates to leadership and identify improvement opportunities.
