Job summary

NBCUniversal seeks a Director of Compensation to lead and govern the company’s equity compensation programs. You will collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Finance, and external providers to ensure strategy, operations, and compliance are aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities include grant administration, cycle management, regulatory compliance, and internal reporting. This hybrid role requires strong leadership, analytical acumen, and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience.
• Knowledge of equity compensation programs (RSUs, options, performance-based awards).
• Experience administering equity programs via Fidelity Stock Plan Services or similar.
• Advanced Excel for large-scale data analysis and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration of equity compensation programs, including grants, vesting events, and plan operations.
• Partner with Payroll, Tax, Finance to ensure accurate processing and reporting of equity transactions.
• Coordinate equity grant cycles, annual grants, ad hoc awards, and corporate actions.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on equity compensation and provide guidance to stakeholders.
• Prepare materials and analyses for leadership reviews and compensation governance bodies.
• Support executive communications and reporting related to equity programs.
