Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Director of Compensation to oversee the strategic direction, governance, and administration of our equity compensation programs. You will partner with Legal, Payroll, Finance, and external providers to manage grants, vesting, reporting, and compliance.

The role requires 10+ years in compensation, strong Excel modeling, and excellent communication with senior stakeholders. Hybrid work arrangement and broad benefits are offered as part of NBCUniversal's compensation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of progressive compensation experience.
Knowledge of equity compensation programs including RSUs and stock options.
Advanced Excel skills with large data analysis and financial modeling.
Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead administration of equity compensation programs including grants and vesting.
Coordinate equity grant cycles and corporate actions.
Ensure compliance with securities laws, tax regulations, and plan provisions.
Provide guidance to senior leadership and compensation governance bodies.
Partner with Finance on stock compensation expense and disclosures.
Manage relationships with plan administrators and external providers.
Support cross-functional compensation initiatives and system implementations.
