Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Compensation & Deferred Compensation to lead the administration of deferred compensation programs and support a broad set of compensation initiatives across the organization.

The role collaborates with Payroll, Tax, Finance, and external vendors to ensure accurate processing, reporting, and taxation. It also conducts market pricing, benchmarking, and data-driven recommendations while supporting annual compensation planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of compensation experience, or related experience in HR, finance, consulting, or a similar analytical discipline.
• Experience supporting compensation programs, market pricing, salary administration, incentive compensation, or compensation analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of deferred compensation plans, including enrollment, transactions, data validation, and plan administration.
• Partner with Payroll, Tax, Finance, and external vendors to support accurate processing, reporting, and taxation of deferred compensation transactions.
• Research and resolve participant inquiries with high level of customer service.
• Maintain administrative procedures and processes for effective plan administration and compliance.
• Participate in cross-functional projects involving deferred compensation plans and corporate transactions.
• Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and competitive assessments for a broad range of roles.
