Washtenaw ISD seeks a Director of School and Community Partnerships to lead collaborative efforts with community organizations, businesses, colleges, health care systems, and local governments to advance the district’s mission and equity goals.

The role directs the Community and School Partnership Department, builds integrated partnership networks, ensures compliance with policies, and coordinates budgets, programs, and professional development to support economically disadvantaged youth.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of educational administration and leadership experience.
• Successful collaboration with community agencies and resources.

• Develops and sustains strategic community partnerships and alliances that support Washtenaw ISD’s mission and goals.
• Represents Washtenaw ISD at community events and coordinates with external partners.
• Directs the Community and School Partnership Department and ensures effective collaboration across functions.
