• Coordinate county-wide Early Learning Partnerships including family outreach and centralized access points.
• Lead data collection/analysis to inform the Help Me Grow/early childhood system initiatives.
• Develop and implement a three-year strategic plan to improve early childhood services and outcomes.
• Lead a county-wide stakeholders’ collaborative representing organizations, supporters and parents.
