Job summary

Vizient is seeking a strategic leader to define and drive the company’s website and digital experience strategy. You will align with enterprise marketing, analytics, and product teams to strengthen brand awareness, client engagement, and buyer discovery through an AI-enabled, performance-driven web experience.

You will set vision, prioritize initiatives, establish SEO and content standards, guide information architecture, and measure success with analytics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in digital and website strategies.
• Experience developing enterprise website or digital marketing strategies for multi-brand environments.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, content strategy, IA, analytics, and UX practices.
• Experience applying performance data and experimentation to improve digital experiences.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
• Understanding of AI-enabled search, digital discovery, and emerging web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise website strategy and digital priorities.
• Translate objectives into engaging digital journeys for complex B2B buying.
• Set standards for SEO, metadata, and AI-powered discoverability.
• Collaborate with product owner to prioritize initiatives and roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across marketing, analytics, product, and sales.
• Develop digital performance measures and use analytics for improvements.
• Guide information architecture, navigation, and content experience standards.
• Monitor buyer behavior and AI-mediated discovery trends.
• Recommend enhancements to usability, engagement, and conversion.
• Advise leaders on digital strategy and website performance.
