Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to shape enterprise platform direction across internal capability areas, driving platform strategy, leadership, and investment prioritization for product, engineering, AI Delivery, and enterprise architecture initiatives.

You will define multi-domain platform strategy, influence governance, and lead a high-performing team of platform product managers while partnering with senior leaders to deliver AI-enabled capabilities and scalable data platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven success shaping enterprise-scale platform strategy and influencing senior technical and business leaders.
• Deep expertise in one or more internal platform domains (data platforms, AI enablement, internal developer platforms, APIs/integration, cloud architecture, governance).
• Recognized fluency using AI tools and advising teams on responsible, effective AI-first product practices.
• Builds and develops high-performing platform product teams.
• Creates organizational alignment around platform strategy and execution.
• Holds teams accountable for platform adoption, business outcomes, and delivery results.
• Develops future platform product leaders and succession pipelines.
• Balances strategic vision with operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-domain platform product strategy that connects internal capabilities to engineering priorities and enterprise needs.
• Partner with senior engineering and architecture leaders to evaluate platform tradeoffs and governance.
• Influence standards for reusable capabilities and internal user experience, including AI-first workflows.
• Advise platform leaders on strategy, discovery, stakeholder alignment, and executive communication.
