Job summary

Drawbridge, a cybersecurity-focused company for alternative investments, seeks a Director of Business Systems and Internal IT who will own enterprise systems, data foundations, and workplace technology to keep go-to-market, finance, services, and product teams moving fast.

You’ll lead the team, own roadmap for CRM/Salesforce, ERP, and finance tools, drive data governance, integration, and security with the CISO, and build a trusted single source of truth for critical records.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise IT or business systems.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration and architecture experience.
• Experience with ERP, BI tooling and data governance.
• Proven vendor management and budget accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business systems and IT team, setting priorities and mentoring.
• Own ERP/CRM/financial tool roadmaps and vendor relationships.
• Define data pipelines and single source of truth for client accounts.
• Design integrations and automation between systems to reduce manual work.
• Oversee IT workplace services, security, backups, and DR planning.
