Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, design, development, testing, and deployment of large-scale business system solutions.
• Supervise managers and teams; ensure succession planning and competency development.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk/changes documentation, and communications plans.
• Collaborate with business leaders to strategize future-state processes and standardize practices.
• Oversee contract delivery for external software and consultant work; manage to scope and budget.
• Lead RFP processes and vendor evaluations to meet business needs.
• Guide enterprise integrations, analytics, data integrity, and automated controls.
• Advise on tools and training for caregivers using core systems; ensure training and reporting success.
